You are welcome to shop here without worries, as we offer money back guarantee as per the policy set out herein.

You may ask for a refund of money or exchange of products in the following circumstances.

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging and subject to the following conditions:

- The item is your responsibility until it is returned to us. It must be returned to us in its original condition (with tags, unworn, and original packaging)

- The cost of returning the item to us is born by you

- You should notify our customer service within 7 days of receipt to request for a refund of money or exchange, and the item must be returned to us within 28 days after our customer service has confirmed that you are eligible for a refund or exchange. The return address will be given to you in the confirmation email.

- An item in a color or size which cannot fit (too short, too long, too tight or too loose etc) or that is not up to your expectation is not considered a ‘wrong item’.

- Quality and Materials issues are subjective and not considered "defects".

- A manufacturing defect does not include stray threads or removable dirt.

- If the defect is found to be inflicted after we have delivered the item, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. (e.g after washing the item or wearing the item and/or has obtained stains from elsewhere or damaged after washing with other apparels or color faded after wash)

Note: We strictly do not allow Return/Exchange/Refund for Lingerie and UnderGarments for hygiene reasons, and Wedding / Party / Evening / Formal Dresses because most of these are customized according to the customer's size and if returned cannot be sold to others.


1. If you received a wrong item

You have the option of

1) asking us to send the correct item

2) returning it for a full refund

Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back. You have 7 days after receiving your order to contact Customer Service and request a return or exchange.


2. If you received an item in the wrong color / size / model

You are eligible for a full refund after Customer Service confirms you received the wrong color / size / model. Perceived color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.

Measurements stated may vary 0.5"-1" as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out. 


3. If an item is missing from your order

Contact Customer Service to inform us an item is missing from your order. When we have confirmed that an item was missing, we will offer a full refund of the item price or begin processing a new one for you in your next order.


4. If your package is lost during shipping or you did not receive the parcel after 30 days from scheduled  date of receipt

Contact Customer Service to inform us you didn't receive your package. Once we confirm with the courier that your package is lost, we will offer a refund or resend your items.


5. If we shipped you a defective or damaged item

You are eligible for a full refund or exchange. When requesting your refund, please provide Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its tracking number as soon as possible. We will then ship you a new item in your next order or refund to you.


6. How long does it take to receive my refund?

From the date of the full receipt of information (photos, order id, refund info), we will require 5 workings days to confirm your eligibility of a refund or exchange, and if eligible, will require 10 working days for refund to your Paypal account.
